Expectations about the cooperation

I'm in search of someone who can assist on Saturdays, and maybe more when I'm traveling, if you have time. I'm responsible for mucking out the field/paddock three times a week, and I'm currently looking for someone to help with this chore specifically on Saturday afternoons. Please note that mucking out can earliest be done at 18:00.

Depending on your background and what you are looking for, I envision three possible collaboration scenarios:
Grooming and Groundwork Enthusiast: Do you enjoy grooming, groundwork, and don't mind mucking out the field?
Helper for mucking out: Are you willing to muck out and assist with chores like feeding my horse against a payment?
Co-Rider Opportunity: For the right person (aged 25+), there's the possibility of becoming a co-rider. Experience with groundwork and/or R+ training is preferred. My horse is sweet and not hot, but he can easily become insecure and therefore requires a calm and experienced person.

The stable is located in Mijdrecht and has an outdoor arena with lighting and excellent footing. Additionally, we have a lunging paddock where you can work with the horse at liberty.
