My name is Alessandra, nice to meet you!

Unfortunately, due to my mare’s injury, I haven’t been able to ride consistently for the past 2 years — and I’ve really been missing it lately.
As I cannot afford to buy another horse at the moment, I’m looking for one I can ride about 2x a week. My goal is to rebuild my condition, enjoy hacking out (alone or in company), and take dressage and jumping lessons if we turn out to be a good match. In the long run, I would love to follow jumping trainings and maybe eventually go to competitions again 😊

A bit about me: I am a showjumper and previously competed up to 1m level in Italy. I care about horse wellbeing and I’m very organized and tidy. When I ride a new/unfamiliar horse, I tend to be shy at first, but after a couple of rides, I gain the confidence needed to ride nicely again. For this reason, it’s important for me that the horse is honest (no "hot" type), especially as I rebuild my confidence and condition after this break.
